SUPERVISOR'S REASONABLE SUSPICION TRAINING FOR DRUG AND ALCOHOL

The course has three sections, the first reviews the regulatory requirements found in Part 120. Blood alcohol levels and the consequences of use in the workplace are detailed and finally defines the scope of the problem. The U.S. far exceeds other nations in the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol. The second section, Reasonable Test Decisions provides the Supervisor with the information necessary to recognize physical, behavioral, speech and performance critera in the workplace in a step by step process. Finally, Recognizing and Confronting Reasonable Suspicion provides the Supervisor with the information necessary to Recognize and Confront Reasonable Suspicion in the workplace in a step by step process. The final section includes an indepth look into the five common drugs tested for in workplace.The view time of the entire course is 1 hour, with a student guide and quiz the training time totals 2 hours.
