Supervisor Drug & Alcohol 14 CFR Part 120 Training
The course has three sections, the first reviews the regulatory requirements found in 14 CFR Part 120 115; 223. Blood alcohol levels and the consequences of use in the workplace are detailed and finally defines the scope of the problem. The U.S. far exceeds other nations in the use and abuse of drugs and alcohol. The second section, Reasonable Test Decisions provides the Supervisor with the information necessary to recognize physical, behavioral, speech and performance criteria in the workplace in a step by step process. Finally, Recognizing and Confronting Reasonable Suspicion provides the Supervisor with the information necessary to recognize and confront reasonable suspicion in the workplace in a step by step process. The final section includes an in depth look into the five common drugs tested for in workplace. Users must review the course presentation, reading materials and quiz sections to determine your compliance with 14 CFR Part 120. The view time of the video is 1 hour, and a 15 page student guide and randomized quiz the training time totals 2 hours. The 2 hour training is composed of 1 hour for Alcohol and 1 hour for Drug, Supervisor Recognizing and Confronting Reasonable Suspicion.
