Identified as one of the Dirty Dozen of Human Factors, complacency is a key problem in the aviation maintenance industry. This 30 minute presentation will introduce you to a general review of complacency in everyday life and then tighten up the focus of the lesson to examine how complacency finds a footing in aviation maintenance.
